Instead of ‘Anything else?’ ask 'What else?’. The slight shift in frame makes all the difference.

When facilitating, if you’re talking too much, or working too hard, you’re probably doing something wrong

Do: Structure and organise information as it’s said

Do: Write big - aim for letters at least 2in high
